DELIVERY & RETURNS
- Select your favorite products and click on the “Add to Cart” link on each product page. They will be added to your cart, shown in the top right corner of your screen (ex: “3 ITEMS”).
- After you have chosen your products, click on the cart link, on the top right corner and validate all the products, unit prices, quantities and sub-totals (you can add or subtract quantities directly from the cart).
- If you have a coupon, please enter it on the left box.
- Click “Proceed to Checkout” where you will be asked to input your billing and shipping information for us to calculate shipping costs (remember that orders above 300€ have free shipping! Only in EU, USA and UK. OUTLET no included).
- Choose your preferred payment method. We accept Paypal and Credit Card (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard).
- If you choose Paypal you will be redirected to their site to finish payment; if you choose Credit Card, just enter the details on the form.
- Click “Place Order” and we will take care of the rest!

We use UPS/MRW/FEDEX for all orders. You should get your order in 2-7 days within Europe.
Viso reserves the right to ship any order with maximum 2 day delay, especially during sales period or big launches, the volume of orders being very big at those times.
Please note that the days stated during checkout are Working days, week-ends and bank holidays do not count.

PROBLEM WITH ORDER
In case you notice anything wrong with your order you must contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number and delivery address within 14 days starting from the delivery date to solve the issue, no complaint will be accepted after that.
VISO RETURNS POLICY
All of the products on this site are produced by Viso NY LLC and we can ensure you that all orders are checked before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.
However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.
Steps to return your order:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and explaining if you wish for a return and refund or an exchange, and the reason.
- You’ll receive an email to ship the products either to our US or European locations.
- Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
- Return’s cost are at the customer’s charge
International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using a courier with tracking number to avoid any loss.
- Please mark ‘Returned Items’ on both your parcel and on all paperwork enclosed to prevent it incurring import charges and taxes. You can also declare a low value to make the importation process faster. No refund will be issued before the package is cleared from custom and arrives at VISO.

RETURN TERMS AND GUIDELINES
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- If returning items in a box, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If returned an item from outside Spain, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. VISO NY LLC is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made and any charge will be deducted from the refund. The Customs invoice will be send to the customer.
- Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed.
