Designed by Lørdag & Søndag in collaboration with Viso Project, this limited-edition fan brings together contemporary design with the enduring traditions of Mexican craftsmanship.
Created through the work of artisans across two regions of Mexico, each fan begins with a sculptural pepperwood handle carved by Julián Martínez Hernández in Tecoluta, Nacajuca, Tabasco. The wooden handle features a sculptural triangular loop, offering both visual balance and a comfortable grip. It then travels to the Sierra Madre Oriental of Oaxaca, where Don Claudio hand-weaves the fan from natural palm fibers.
Designed to cool on warm afternoons or live as a decorative object between uses, it introduces texture and character to any space.
Please note that each fan is individually crafted, and subtle variations in color are a natural result of the artisanal process.
